1. Copyright notice — all rights reserved
Copyright © 2026 Brittany Johnson. All rights reserved. Published by EProducts Empire, 336 E College Ave STE 301, Tallahassee, FL 32301, United States.
No part of The Alchemized Principles of Power or of this website may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, performed, published, broadcast, sold, sublicensed, rented, lent, adapted, translated, abridged, condensed, dramatized, serialized, narrated, recorded, scraped, harvested, indexed for training, or stored in any retrieval or database system, in any form or by any means — electronic, mechanical, photographic, audio, digital, algorithmic, or any technology now known or later invented — without the prior express written permission of the copyright holder, except for brief quotations permitted by law as described in Section 4 below.
Copyright protection subsists from the moment of creation under the Copyright Act of 1976 (17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.), and is asserted worldwide under the Berne Convention, the Universal Copyright Convention, the WIPO Copyright Treaty, and all applicable national laws and treaties. The author asserts her moral rights, including the right to be identified as the author of the work and the right to object to derogatory treatment of the work.

- All photographs, illustrations, graphics, icons, and audio or video produced for the book or this site.
3. Trademarks and branding
"The Alchemized Principles of Power," "Alchemized Principles of Power," "Alchemized," "EProducts Empire," and the associated logos, wordmarks, cover treatment, and trade dress are trademarks and/or common-law marks of their respective owners, used to identify the source of these Works. Nothing on this site grants any license or right to use any mark. You may not use any mark, or anything confusingly similar to it, in a title, brand, domain name, handle, account name, advertisement, product, course, or service, or in any way that suggests sponsorship, affiliation, endorsement, or authorization that does not exist.
4. Fair use and permitted quotation
United States copyright law (17 U.S.C. § 107) permits limited use of copyrighted material without permission for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. Within those limits, and without needing to write to us, you may:
- Quote up to 100 words total from the book in a review, article, sermon, class discussion, podcast, or social post, provided the quotation is accurate and not altered in meaning.
- Always include clear attribution: the title The Alchemized Principles of Power, the author Brittany Johnson, and where practical a link to alchemizedprinciplesofpower.org.
- Share a link to any page on this site, and use the page's own title and preview image as generated by the link, on social platforms and in messages.
- Print a single copy of a page or article for your own personal, non-commercial reference.
You may not, under any circumstances and without written permission:
- Reproduce a full chapter, principle, article, or any substantial portion of the Works, even with attribution and even without charge.
- Post, upload, mirror, torrent, or share the book file, an excerpt file, or the Chapter One preview on any website, file host, cloud drive, messaging group, forum, marketplace, or peer-to-peer network.
- Remove, obscure, alter, or falsify any copyright notice, author credit, watermark, digital rights management, or rights-management information (17 U.S.C. § 1202).
- Create derivative works, including summaries offered as a substitute for the book, workbooks, worksheets, decks, courses, coaching curricula, apps, quizzes, videos, or audio narrations based on the Works.
- Sell, resell, license, or bundle the Works, or use them as a bonus, incentive, or paid membership content.
- Read, narrate, or perform the book aloud in a recorded or publicly distributed format, including read-along videos and audio uploads.
- Translate the Works into another language for distribution.
- Reproduce the cover art or mockups except in an unaltered, unmodified form when linking to or reviewing the book.
5. Artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data mining — expressly reserved
All rights to use the Works for artificial-intelligence and machine-learning purposes are expressly reserved and withheld. The copyright holder does not grant, and affirmatively refuses, any license, permission, implied consent, or fair-dealing exception for:
- Training, fine-tuning, pre-training, evaluating, benchmarking, aligning, or otherwise developing any artificial-intelligence model, large language model, generative system, embedding, index, or dataset.
- Text and data mining of any kind. This is an express reservation of rights under Article 4(3) of EU Directive 2019/790 and equivalent provisions in other jurisdictions, and is intended to be legally binding and machine-readable.
- Scraping, crawling, harvesting, caching, or bulk downloading of this site for dataset construction, resale, or model development.
- Generating summaries, rewrites, paraphrases, translations, audio narrations, or derivative content from the Works using automated or AI tools for publication or distribution.
- Cloning, imitating, or synthesizing the author's voice, likeness, name, writing style, or persona.
AI answer engines and assistants may quote short passages with clear attribution and a link to the source page, consistent with Section 4. Any use beyond that requires a written license. This reservation applies notwithstanding any robots.txt, HTTP header, terms of service of any third-party platform, or any technical means of access. Continued access by an automated agent for a prohibited purpose is unauthorized access and infringement.
6. Purchases, licenses, and personal use
Buying a copy of the book — print, digital, or audio — buys you a single, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to read that copy for your own personal, non-commercial use. It does not transfer copyright or any ownership in the content. Digital copies are licensed, not sold. Purchases made through Amazon or any other retailer are also governed by that retailer's own terms, including its returns and refund policy; we do not control and cannot alter retailer terms.
7. Third-party and licensed material
Where the Works quote, cite, or reference third-party material, that material remains the property of its respective owner and is used under fair use, license, or permission. Any third-party trademarks, book titles, or names mentioned are the property of their owners and are used for identification and commentary only, with no claim of affiliation or endorsement. If you believe material of yours has been used here without proper permission or credit, contact us using Section 9 and we will review it promptly and in good faith.
8. Requesting permission
Permission requests are welcome and are often granted for teaching, book clubs, reviews, press, and podcasts. Write to Eproductsempire@gmail.com with the subject line "Permissions Request" and include: your name and organization; exactly what you want to use, with the specific passage or asset; where and how it will appear; the audience size and duration; whether the use is commercial; and your deadline.
Permission is valid only if given in writing by EProducts Empire or the author, is limited to the specific use described, and may not be transferred or extended. Silence, no reply, or a lack of enforcement is never permission and never a waiver of any right.
9. DMCA notice and takedown
We enforce our copyright vigorously, including by issuing takedown notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and equivalent laws, and by pursuing statutory damages, actual damages, profits, injunctive relief, costs, and attorneys' fees where available. Willful infringement carries statutory damages of up to $150,000 per work in the United States.
To report infringement of these Works, or to report material on this site you believe infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at Eproductsempire@gmail.com, or by mail to Copyright Agent, EProducts Empire, 336 E College Ave STE 301, Tallahassee, FL 32301, United States. Your notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail and a URL for us to locate it.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
We respond to properly submitted notices promptly and may remove or disable access to the material. If you believe your material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice containing the elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). Knowingly submitting a false notice or counter-notice may expose you to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees, under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
10. Reporting piracy
If you find a pirated copy, an unauthorized narration, an AI-generated derivative, or a fake edition of The Alchemized Principles of Power anywhere, please tell us at Eproductsempire@gmail.com with a link. Reports are confidential and genuinely appreciated — they protect both the author and every reader who paid for the real thing.
11. Reservation of rights, severability, and governing law
All rights not expressly granted on this page are reserved. Nothing here grants any license by estoppel, implication, or otherwise. No failure or delay in enforcing any right is a waiver of that right or of any other right, and no waiver is effective unless in writing. If any provision of this notice is held unenforceable, it will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will stay in full force.
This notice is governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the copyright laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and is subject to the venue, arbitration, limitation-of-liability, and other provisions of our Terms of Use, which are incorporated here by reference. This notice may be updated at any time; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
