This site is operated by EProducts Empire ("EProducts Empire", "we", "us", "our"), publisher of The Alchemized Principles of Power by Brittany Johnson. Our business address is 336 E College Ave STE 301, Tallahassee, FL 32301, United States. EProducts Empire is the data controller (and, under United States state privacy laws, the "business") for the information described in this Policy. Privacy requests may be sent to that address or emailed to Admin@alchemizedprinciplesofpower.org, the official contact address for this site. We do not currently maintain an EU or UK representative; requests from those regions should be sent to the same address and are handled by us directly.

This Policy applies to this website, the reading materials published here, Your Alchemist Profile, and the email messages we send. It does not apply to third-party services you reach from this site, including Amazon, YouTube, search engines, and social platforms, each of which is governed by its own privacy policy and terms. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices of those services. This Policy is read together with our Cookie & Consent Policy, Terms of Use, and Disclaimers.

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not process payments on this site. The categories involved are:

• Technical and log information automatically provided by your browser and our hosting provider: IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system, referring page, requested pages, and timestamps. Used for security, abuse prevention and reliability.
• Aggregate usage signals (only with your measurement consent): which pages and articles are viewed, scroll depth, and whether a retailer link was clicked. Counted in aggregate and not used to build an advertising profile.
• Contact details you submit voluntarily: your name, email address and, where you provide it, your phone number, so we can send you your results and the reading material you asked for.
• Your Alchemist Profile responses: the answers you select, the resulting profile pattern, and the time of submission. You choose every answer, and you choose whether to submit them at all.
• Campaign and referral context: UTM parameters or referral source present in the link you arrived through, so we know which writing brought you here.
• Email engagement data: whether a message was delivered, bounced, or unsubscribed, so we can keep our list clean and comply with anti-spam law.
• Correspondence you send us, including messages to our contact address, used only to respond to you and keep a record of the matter.

We do not knowingly collect payment card data, government identifiers, precise geolocation, biometric data, health data, credentials, or other sensitive categories of personal information through this site. Please do not send them to us. Your Alchemist Profile is a self-reflection tool and its questions are not designed to elicit health or clinical information; answers are treated as ordinary personal information you chose to share.

• To deliver, secure, maintain and improve the site and its content.
• To return your Alchemist Profile result to you and keep a copy associated with your email address at your request.
• To send the educational and marketing emails you asked for, and to stop sending them when you opt out.
• To understand in aggregate which topics readers find useful, so we can write better articles.
• To detect, investigate and prevent fraud, abuse, scraping, spam, or attacks against the site.
• To keep records that demonstrate consent, unsubscribe handling and compliance with law.
• To comply with law, respond to lawful requests, exercise or defend legal claims, and enforce our Terms.

We do not sell personal information, we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use your information to train third-party generative AI models on your identity or your answers.

Non-essential storage on this site is denied by default. We implement Google Consent Mode v2, so analytics, personalization and advertising states are transmitted as "denied" until you make a choice, and Microsoft Clarity is not downloaded at all without measurement consent. We record the categories you selected, the policy version, and a timestamp, so both of us have a record of what was agreed. Where your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we treat it as an opt-out automatically. • Consent — optional analytics, personalization, and marketing email. You may withdraw at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
• Performance of a request you made — returning your Alchemist Profile result and the material you asked for.
• Legitimate interests — operating a secure, functional and useful website, preventing abuse, and understanding aggregate readership, balanced against your rights.
• Legal obligation — record-keeping, responding to lawful requests, and anti-spam compliance.
• Establishing, exercising or defending legal claims where necessary.

We use a small number of vendors, acting as processors on our instructions, to host the site and its database, deliver content and images, store published articles, send and receive email, and measure aggregate usage. They process information only to provide their service to us, under contractual confidentiality and security obligations, and they are not authorized to use your information for their own marketing.

We may also disclose information: to comply with law, subpoena, court order or lawful governmental request; to enforce our Terms or protect the rights, property or safety of any person; to investigate fraud, abuse or a security incident; to our professional advisers under confidentiality; and, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, to the counterparty, in which case we will require the recipient to honor this Policy for information previously collected. We never sell personal information and we do not disclose it for another party's independent marketing.

Amazon and other retailers collect information under their own policies once you leave this site, including for order processing and their own advertising programs. Purchases, payments, shipping, returns and refunds are handled entirely by the retailer. Some links on this site may be affiliate links, meaning a commission may be earned on qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you.

If you give us your email address, you may receive the material you requested plus related educational and promotional messages about the book and Your Alchemist Profile. Every message carries an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing is honored promptly and permanently for marketing, and we keep a suppression record so we do not contact you again by mistake. Where you have separately consented to text messages, message and data rates may apply, frequency varies, and you may stop at any time by replying STOP. We do not rent, sell or trade our list, and we do not send messages to addresses that have bounced or unsubscribed.

Your Alchemist Profile produces a result from a fixed, transparent scoring pattern applied to the answers you selected. It is not a clinical or psychometric instrument, it makes no decision about you, and it has no legal or similarly significant effect on you. No credit, employment, insurance, housing, pricing or eligibility decision is made about you anywhere on this site, and no such decision is made by automated means.

• Server and security logs: retained only as long as needed for security and operations, then deleted or aggregated.
• Aggregate usage counts: may be kept indefinitely because they are not tied to an identifiable person.
• Contact details and Alchemist Profile responses: kept while you remain on our list and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, then deleted or de-identified on request or when no longer needed.
• Suppression and unsubscribe records: kept for as long as necessary to keep honoring your opt-out — deleting these would risk contacting you again.
• Correspondence: kept only as long as needed to handle the matter and to meet legal record-keeping obligations.
• Consent records: kept for the period we may need to evidence the consent we relied on.

We use encryption in transit, restricted administrative access, row-level database rules, least-privilege service credentials, secret management for keys, input validation and output sanitization, and authenticated-only administrative routes. Lead and assessment records are reachable only by the owner accounts, never by public visitors. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we work diligently to protect information, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and you use the site at your own risk.

If a security incident materially affects personal information, we will investigate, take containment and remediation steps, and provide notice to affected individuals and regulators where and when applicable law requires it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, notice is our obligation in that event and is not an admission of fault or liability.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of personal information we hold about you; to object to or restrict certain processing; to withdraw consent; to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising or profiling (we do none of these); to limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect it here); and to be free from discrimination or retaliation for exercising these rights. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana and other states with comprehensive privacy laws, and residents of the EEA, the UK, Switzerland, Canada, Brazil and Australia, may exercise the rights their law grants them through the contacts below.

• Tell us what you want done and include the email address or phone number you gave us so we can locate your record. We may ask for limited verifying details, used only to verify the request.
• We respond within the period required by applicable law, generally within 30 to 45 days, and will tell you if we need an extension permitted by law.
• An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written proof of authority; we may still contact you to confirm.
• If we decline a request, we will explain why, and where the law provides an appeal, you may appeal by replying to our decision. You may also complain to your state attorney general or your local data protection authority.
• Because this site collects very little information, we sometimes cannot link data to you; in that case the law permits us to decline and we will explain the reason rather than collect more data to identify you.

This site and this book are intended for adults. The site is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where a higher age applies), we do not knowingly collect personal information from them, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal information, write to us at the address above and we will delete it promptly.

The site is operated from the United States, and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries whose laws may differ from yours. Where required for transfers out of the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses together with supplementary measures. By using the site or contacting us, you understand that information may be processed outside your country of residence.

We may update this Policy as the site, the law, or our providers change. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version. Where a change materially affects how we use information already collected, we will provide prominent notice and, where required, seek your consent again.
