These Terms form a binding agreement between you and EProducts Empire and also apply to the author, and to our owners, officers, employees, agents, licensors and contractors (together, the "Protected Parties"), each of whom may enforce them.

We respect intellectual property rights. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and by applicable federal law. You and we agree that any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Leon County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there. Any claim must be brought within one (1) year after it arises, to the extent permitted by law. All claims must be brought individually: you and we waive any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, or representative action. Nothing in this section limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence.

We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of hosting, retail or network providers, cyberattacks, natural disasters, labor disruption, war, epidemic, or governmental action.

We may revise these Terms at any time; the "last updated" date reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or severed and the remaining provisions will stay in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours in connection with a transfer of the business. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and EProducts Empire regarding the site. Headings are for convenience only.
