Brittany Johnson is the author of The Alchemized Principles of Power. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and EProducts Empire and also apply to the author, and to our owners, officers, employees, agents, licensors and contractors (together, the "Protected Parties"), each of whom may enforce them.

All content on this site and in the book is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not, and must never be treated as, professional advice of any kind. Specifically, nothing here is:

The book, its title, subtitle, cover art, chapter structure, frameworks, article text, design, layout, typography, graphics, code and all other material on this site are owned by EProducts Empire and Brittany Johnson or their licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress and other laws. All rights are reserved. You may read the site and share short quotations with clear attribution and a link. You may not, without our prior written permission:

• Copy, republish, resell, sublicense, distribute or publicly display substantial portions of the book or the articles.
• Create derivative works, summaries sold for profit, courses, audio or video adaptations, or translations of our content.
• Scrape, crawl, harvest, mine or otherwise use automated means to extract content for training, resale, or republication, including for machine-learning or generative-AI datasets, except as expressly permitted in our robots file.
• Remove, obscure or alter any copyright, trademark or attribution notice.

We may restrict, suspend or terminate access to the site for any person at any time, with or without notice, and we may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the site.

The site links to third parties, including retailers and research sources. We do not control those sites, do not endorse everything they contain, and are not responsible for their content, products, policies, availability, security, or practices. Your dealings with any third party are solely between you and that third party.

We do not publish invented reviews, ratings, endorsements or testimonials on this site. Reader reviews that exist on retailer platforms reflect the individual experience of the reviewer, are not verified by us, and are not a promise of your results. We do not pay for reviews and do not offer compensation in exchange for a positive review.

The site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Protected Parties disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, currency, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that the site will be free of defects, viruses or harmful components, or that any content is complete, current or free of error, including typographical error.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Protected Parties will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, savings, business, opportunity, goodwill, data, or emotional distress, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the site or the book, or to any decision or action you take based on the content, whether based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statute or any other theory, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages. In every case, the total aggregate liability of the Protected Parties for all claims relating to the site or its content will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100.00) or the amount you paid us directly, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you; in that event, liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.

You acknowledge that you use this site and apply any idea from the book entirely at your own risk and on your own independent judgment. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release the Protected Parties from all claims, demands, damages and causes of action, known or unknown, arising from your use of the site, the book, or any content, including decisions you make about your money, work, health, relationships or personal life.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Protected Parties from and against any claim, liability, loss, damage, penalty, cost or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site or its content, your infringement of any intellectual property or other right, or your violation of any law.

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to EProducts Empire, 336 E College Ave STE 301, Tallahassee, FL 32301, including: identification of the work claimed to be infringed; identification of the material and its location on the site; your name, address and contact details; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; a statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and your signature. We will respond appropriately, including by removing material where warranted. Misrepresentations in a notice may carry legal liability.

Your Alchemist Profile is a self-reflection tool, not a psychometric, clinical or diagnostic instrument, and it is provided for reflection and education only. You are responsible for the answers you submit and for what you do with the result. Do not submit another person's information, sensitive personal information, or anything you are not permitted to share. We may change, limit or withdraw the tool at any time, and we do not guarantee that a result or a stored copy will remain available.

By giving us your email address, or your phone number where a text-message option is offered, you consent to receive the material you requested plus related educational and promotional messages from us, and you confirm the contact details are yours to give. You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time through the link in any message, and stop text messages by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. You also agree that we may provide notices, policy updates and disclosures electronically, and that electronic records and your electronic acceptance satisfy any requirement that a communication be in writing or signed.

If you send us feedback, ideas, questions, reviews or other material, you grant EProducts Empire a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish and display it for any lawful purpose without compensation or attribution, to the extent permitted by law. Do not send us anything confidential or anything you do not have the right to share. We are not obligated to review, keep, respond to or maintain the confidentiality of unsolicited submissions.

Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and our Cookie & Consent Policy, which explain what we collect, how consent signals are handled, and how to exercise your privacy rights. Non-essential measurement remains off unless you permit it, and you may change or withdraw that permission at any time from the footer of any page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and by applicable federal law. Subject to the arbitration section below, any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Leon County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there. Any claim must be brought within one (1) year after it arises, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in this section limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence.

Before starting any proceeding, you agree to contact us at Admin@alchemizedprinciplesofpower.org with a written description of the dispute and to allow sixty (60) days for good-faith resolution. If it is not resolved, you and we agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the site, the book, our emails or our content will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, in Leon County, Florida, or by telephone or video at your election, with the arbitrator empowered to award any relief available in court on an individual basis.

All claims must be brought individually. You and we waive any right to a jury trial and any right to bring, join or participate in a class, collective, consolidated, mass or representative action, and the arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any representative proceeding. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court instead, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property or stop unauthorized access. If the class-action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim proceeds in court and the remainder of this section still applies. You may reject this arbitration section by sending written notice to the address in Section 1 within thirty (30) days of first using the site, in which case Section 19 governs.

We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of hosting, retail, email or network providers, cyberattacks, natural disasters, labor disruption, war, epidemic, or governmental action.

You may not use the site if you are barred from doing so under United States or other applicable law, including if you are located in an embargoed jurisdiction or appear on a restricted-party list. You represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of majority where you live, and that you use the site in compliance with all laws that apply to you.

We aim to keep this site usable with assistive technology and welcome reports of barriers at Admin@alchemizedprinciplesofpower.org so we can address them. This statement is a good-faith commitment to improvement and is not a warranty of conformance to any particular standard.

We may revise these Terms at any time; the "last updated" date reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or severed and the remaining provisions will stay in full force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours in connection with a transfer of the business. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Cookie & Consent Policy, the Disclaimers and the Copyright Notice, are the entire agreement between you and EProducts Empire regarding the site and supersede any prior understanding. Headings are for convenience only, and the sections on disclaimers, limitation of liability, release, indemnification, arbitration and intellectual property survive any termination of your use of the site.
